Our general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders.

 

 

Conclusion of the contract

 

The contract is carried out in accordance with the provisions of French law of obligations. An order is processed after payment of purchases by credit card.

 

Price/ Means of payment

 

The prices result from the conclusion of the contract or are included in the specific price list attached. Our prices are in EUROS, including VAT. We accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa.

 

Deliveries in France and other European countries

 

All our French and European orders are shipped with Fedex service.

 

If you are unable to receive the package, you must arrange to pick up your package at the Fedex Office or reschedule a delivery as soon as possible in order to guarantee the quality and freshness of the product.

 

We are not responsible for any package that hasn’t been picked up or received on the day of the scheduled delivery.

 

The shipping costs for each delivery are at the customer’s expenses.

 

Delivery and invoicing address

 

The customer must inform us as soon as possible about any changes in the delivery and invoicing addresses.

 

Complaints

 

Any damaged or defective deliveries must be notified to us immediately by telephone or in writing. The client will receive individual instructions on how to proceed.

 

Credit Card

 

The final validation of an order is only possible with the data of a valid credit card number. If the card data is incorrect, the purchase will not be retained despite automatic confirmation.

 

SSL Secure transmission of credit card data

 

Credit card data is transmitted in encrypted form via SSL. Only the person responsible for the followup of the file will have decoded access to the card number.

 

Confirmation

 

You will automatically receive a confirmation of your order to your email address. This confirmation again mentions the exact details of your purchase and constitutes a copy of your invoice.

 

Data protection and privacy

 

We do not pass on or sell your name, address or other personal data to third parties. We would be happy to inform you by email about new products and promotions. If this is not your wish, you can cancel this service at any time by email.
