Chinese Caviar is making a place for itself

China, which for a long time remained in decline, is now one of the largest caviar producers. If China's aquaculture know-how was once renowned in carp farming, the country of the rising sun has now made a name for itself in sturgeon farming. An estate that has been growing since the 1950s.

Schrenki caviar Known as "Amour caviar", Chinese caviar comes from sturgeons raised in the fresh water of the Amour River. A river located on the border of China and Russia.

It is a caviar with golden colours, a mixture of gold and amber tones. In the mouth, when these crunchy little grains explode, it gives off a delicate nut, hazelnut and almond flavour.
