Caviar that catches your imagination and excites your taste. Less then 1% of our best caviar is selected to be matured for prolonged periods. This results in caviar with a strong flavour that allows to savour each of it's intricate notes in a perfect balance.

The most prestigious and iconic of all caviars because of its rarity. It is distinguished by its characteristically large, delicate structure which bursts easily in the mouth to deliver immense flavour. After opening, the Caviar must be consumed within 72 hours.
